I’m not here to fix you.

Over the years, I’ve worked with men across industries and life phases — from driven founders to deeply hurting professionals. Many say the same thing:

I’m a certified Hypnotherapist, happiness coach, certified in anxiety and stress management, and educated in three different touch-therapy modalities and somatic healing methods. My background blends nervous system work, emotional regulation, and deep listening.
