If even opening your laptop feels like too much lately…
You’re not lazy. You’re just burned out. Quietly, deeply, and totally alone with it.
I work with high-achieving men navigating pressure, burnout, and private emotional transitions .
Take me for a coffee.
— gently, discreetly, and with real results
You keep showing up.
For deadlines, for others, for everything that needs handling.
Even when tired. Even when no one saw.
You’ve been the anchor.
But what about you?
Where do you get to rest?
I bring experience, tools, and presence — but none of that matters unless it feels right to you. That’s what the coffee is for.
Feel like you’re ‘extremely burned out’?
No motivation to even open the laptop.
Exhausted. Disconnected. Carrying it all alone.
I work with high-achieving men navigating pressure, burnout, and private emotional transitions — through presence, nervous system re-calibration, and discreet, real-world support.
I’m trained in over 17 healing modalities — from somatic work to breath therapy and trauma-informed touch.
But that’s not why men stay.
They stay because here, they don’t have to be anything.
Just themselves. Fully met. Quietly held.
Let’s have that coffee.
And you’ll have my full, uninterrupted attention.
It’s me Dorottya Udvardy aka Dóri. I didn’t set out to do this work — it found me.
From a young age, I felt the world deeply. Too deeply, perhaps. Growing up in Hungary, I used to wish I had a kind of magic touch — something that could lift the invisible weight I saw others carrying. That wish stayed with me, even as I grew older and began carrying my own.
By my mid-twenties, I was burnt out from “fixing” myself and pushing through life. I didn’t want another achievement. I wanted to feel again. To breathe. To be.
So I turned inward. I became a Buddhist — not to escape, but to remember what matters. From there, I devoted myself to presence. I hold three university degrees and have trained in over 17 healing modalities — from somatic therapy, hypnotherapy to breathwork and trauma-informed touch. But what I offer isn’t about technique.
It’s about what happens when someone truly listens.
No agenda. No pressure. No fixing.
Just presence. Just being with you — exactly as you are.
Most of the men I support are high-performing, successful… and quietly struggling. They don’t need more advice. They need to exhale. To feel met. To remember who they are beneath all the performance.
That’s what I offer. A space where your nervous system can settle. A presence that doesn’t need you to be anything but real. If you’re holding a lot and no one sees it — I do. And you’re safe here.
Let’s begin in silence, and rebuild from there.
Dori
You’re not looking for therapy. You’re looking for clarity.
You don’t need fixing. You want quiet, grounded presence — someone who actually gets it.
You’re done with noise. You want to feel human again — no judgment, no explaining.
You won’t find me in your social circles. I live and work quietly, outside of public view. No recordings. No notes. No overlap with your world.
No pressure. No chase.
You reach out when you’re ready.
Every session is different.
Each one is shaped around you — what you bring, and what matters most right now.
Maybe you’re searching for inner peace.
Maybe you’re coming out of a loss you haven’t yet had time to process.
Maybe you’re ready to put down the anxiety —
or you just long for honest, human connection.
Wherever we begin, I’ll meet you there — and we’ll move at your pace.
I tailor the tools and methods to you —
and I bring everything I’ve got, to help you feel real, visible, lasting change.
If needed, we’ll rework your daily rhythm or sleep habits.
If it goes deeper, we can use hypnotherapy to release what no longer serves you.
And if it would feel good — I’ll hold you.
Quietly, with acceptance.
My full attention stays with you — the whole time.
I’ve seen these quiet shifts happen again and again — when a man finally allows himself to be supported, praised, and cherished.
Always on, always alert
Hiding exhaustion
Feeling overwhelmed
Carrying more than you show.
You wake up calm, not wired
You feel seen — and safe
You feel seen, not sized up
You feel less burned out — more like yourself again
You don’t need the right words. You just need a place where you don’t have to hold it all.
Most men I work with say the same thing: “I didn’t realize how much I needed this.”
Pick a time that works for you. I’ll be there — grounded and present.
If something inside you is whispering “I can’t keep doing this alone” — you don’t have to.
Let’s talk quietly.
